Bro I can't even finish 1 lap that's how unfit I am
While in 4th-8th grade (10-14 ys) we often had to run around our school, a nursery and a kindergarden. One lap was about 2min 50 sec - 3 min 20 sec if we were running out our lungs. We had to run 10 (average: 4-6) if we were loud at the start of the class :( and if someone's last lap was over 4 min they were banned from friday's first class (playing), and had to do some workout instead :(
It wasn't that bad but 10 laps were so many and relative hard, then 40?...
40 laps.. i might die from running
