An interviewer of a renowned company doesn't get paid shit tons of money by the head only to chicken out and let down the name of the company, they r already trained to deal with fucked up stuff like this before they r hired so ur "then again every person is different" doesn't apply to it ,not any common person can land a job there ,they have responsible and they r made aware of it ,also if there were like 10 goons then it was understandable but uke literally came alone without any connections with just a pocket knife lol it's ridiculous well this is if we talk practically & of real life .

Dude, this is fiction.
In real life, rich directors don't go around scamming and fighting random dude for a cigarette, they are security guards outside. They don't look like this either. In real life, you don't coincidentally hear conversations which makes you know the perpetrator of all your miseries. In real life, a manager won't street cast a random dude because of the "look in [his] life". This list could go on.
I get that fiction can become so unrealistic that it makes the story inconsistent but this particularly event isn't more far-fetched that the entire plot. It doesn't make the story feels disjointed. Maybe it does to you but in a literary context, it doesn't.

Agreeing with you on this but in the country where I live in we literally have famous actors and actresses who got fished out literally from the streets where their managers discovered them while passing them by the malls or streets all because of their faces and I must admit they truly are beautiful and handsome people but great at acting too. It sometimes happens in real life too.

I think u didn't read my last line,I did write" this is a manhwa so what can I do ". I know this is fiction and I had been reading with this perspective till now but when the above mentioned scene came ,I couldn't help mentioning it in the comments cause it looked ridiculous even for a fiction , I don't know it really irked me maybe cause I had better expectations from this manhwa ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍

Yeah totally they either have to be so beautiful or the opposite but an average person doesn't really stand a chance, I have not known any celebrities who looked average who got casted for their average looks that's why some of them goes to some extent of reconstructing their faces but sadly the country where I live is not very open nor still yet to embrace the idea of cosmetic surgeries they still believe in natural beauty they don't believe a person who went under the knife is really beautiful. Either way I do agree on your point.

I can say that every person is different? Just because you’re a high class person or have an important job doesn’t mean you can handle a KNIFE in your face, you can handle threats yeah but not when someone might literally kill you. I doubt they figured he’d do that, and I’ll let you know that I know a lot of directors and stuff like that in companies but there are a couple who are perhaps worse than this guy at being threatened.

Do u really think that in real life he can dare to threaten interviewers with just a pocket knife ,yeah they might comply with him in case he gets violent but the moment uke steps out of the building,he ain't ever coming back there and not just that there r cctv cameras in interview room especially in big companies , there is an entire security room with all the display screens showing what's happening live in cctv camera with the team of 10 guards watching it ,it's their duty to insure safety of the employees ,there is no way that uke stands a chance against them also they'll straight away send the clip to the cops and report him , threatening someone or imposing danger with the use of knife is a crime ,he might even end up behind the bars for it ,and since uke doesn't even have an terrorizing gang or connections with influencing ppl who can get him out of this mess ,what do u think will happen? And forget about getting a job as an actor in agency after using a knife to threaten them lmao , he'll never be able to step inside the building . THIS is how reality works but this is manhwa so we all know anything is possible without reasons.
I had to explain cause of ur comment cause it looked like u were mingling reality with fiction lol also I first wrote the comment cause this entire scene was ridiculous so I couldn't help writing about it in comments but it's funny seeing y'all trying to justify it ,and it's even more ridiculous seeing that y'all don't even know how the heck things work in reality ,it's fine I understand some of u r 15 yrs old but just think before u r writing geezz!

Awww thanks for assuming my age I’m a working adult though and I DO know how the real world works. We weren’t talking about the CONSEQUENCES which you brought up, I agree that’s what would happen, we were talking about his actions and reactions of the interviewer. Thanks for bringing that up though! I’m not mixing reality and fiction I’m simply stating that reaction would happen irl and not only in a manhwa depending on the person (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
Huh....in real life that interviewer won't take any shit and would have straight away called the security guard who'd then do the honour of throwing him out of the building politely lmao , I liked the plot till now but it became a bit lame here lol it's not possible to threaten an interviewer of a BIG company single handedly by just using a pocket knife!! But yeah it's a manhwa so what can I say (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜
