What happened in the raws is Taejoo overhears the blond guy telling the red head that he had to tell Taejoo the truth that he couldn't like the whole relationship. Then Taejoo finds that the red head had lied when he said Taejoo had forced himself on him when he was drunk and convinced him that Taejoo raped him which is why they started to date. But nothing happened between that night.

I just read the raws and it looks like taejoo breaks up with his asshole lover? Seems like taejoo overheard something the redhead ugly ass was saying and their relationship is completely over.
I can’t read Korean though so just my inferences
