
Just go to sleep when you are sleepy and set alarm (and get up! :) ) after 3-5 hours and no afternoon naps and you will be sleepy much earlier. I thin not sleeping for 24h is too hard on the body

Yours is still a bit better than mine just a few days ago I was staying up until like 7 in the morning and waking up at 4-6 pm. Lately it gotten a bit better and I've been going to sleep at 3-4 am but school is starting soon and I don't want a repeat of this year cause for the whole year I've been sleeping at around 3 am and been tired as fuck when I went to school
Is anyone else´s sleep schedule really fcked? I go to sleep at 4 Am and wake up at 3 Pm...and i cant change it -.- Whenever i try to go to sleep sooner, i just lay in bed widely awake. And school starts soon, thats just perfect! I should stop reading Manga so much (╬ ̄皿 ̄)凸
