Yi then raised rou rou thinking that he was his embryo. Jinyao decided not to discard Yi’s ACTUAL embryo and had it kept (frozen/stored) but then it was stolen. The thief is Jinyao's aunt, who probably took it thinking it was Feng’s embryo and she could get the inheritance. So now Yi's baby (bighead as she called him) is with Jinyao's aunt.
