I've been trying to look all over for it....but I haven't had any luck yet. Have you tried searching it on Baka Updates using their advanced search? (they have a variety of tags and it's always authentic)
can you recall anything more than this...like the genre or any other defining feature of this manga...cuz now I have very little details.
Like can you guess it was a survival manga or something like set in a post-apocalyptic world...or maybe had some other supernatural event in it.

I remember It's about a guy went to park or building ( i don't know the exact location), and the guy start to realize the other people were gone so he start looking. while the guy searching he found a girl in a restroom .
