Uhm, in the Novel they have sex, and before that a couple more "yaoi" things. Fujoking will definitely oblige the readers. The story is focused more on plot for the 3/4th of the book soooooo but the novel is definitely not shounen ai though it takes time to get there.

Also if they don't show the explicit scenes, the main villain plotline will fall flat since the reason hesso evil because he does extremely disgusting things and is mainly the reason he's the antagonist along with the blonde ex/actor of the MC. They wouldn't butcher it like that.
