NO it doesnt age her,
her side effect since she is not a full royal is that she sleeps a lot after using the hour glass. her real father is half royal and half from a marqusiate (basically she is a noble, a marqusiate from the neighboring country)
since she has royal blood (though weak, explaning her side effects) she was able to active her desire or whatever its called and got this power that only the royal family are able to posses like asher and traveling space. (he got his desired power after needing to escape assisins during his childhood) Amyways thats it

I'm happy it does not age her honestly the sleep is not even a bad side effect

after she tells asher about her regression and her hourglass ( he figured the hourglass part out) he adcicec her not to use it asmuch cause she sleeps a lot .

I truly like her mom she seems like not the best mom but one that loves her daughter alot even if she has her short comings
