Also why is Ml that obsessed after only having had an one night stand with mc? What makes the mc that special that ml has been obsessed with him for 5 years? And will other people find out about their raltiosnhop and how did they react?

Yes, MC doesn't know Jay is president yoon. He thinks he's extremely close to President Yoon and decides to "use him" to get to president yoon hahahahaha he loans "himself" to Jay. But Jay only orders him to come to the club he owns, to show him movies and make him read drama and movie scripts and ask him to review them thoroughly.
He loves him because....hahaha well a couple of reasons. You'll see. Let's not ruin it. two hint I'll give: SLEEP, EYES. He's weak to his eyes. Also they leas equally miserable lives, in saving yoohan from himself, he falls even more for his strong and apathetic personality. They have a lot of similarities.

Ah...he's a complicated character with his own tragic backstory. He has a lot in common with Yoohan. Interesting is definitely a word I'd use to describe their relationship, though it isn't "lovey dovey" they're like two idiots in love in a way that is more like pissing each other off for fun and trying to get under the skin just to see the other lose their minds hahaha
They will grow to care about each other, though ML will definitely fall fast and hard, especially after he realizes Yoohan is the guy from 5 years ago. After that, he literally has no breaks on his heart. Yoohan is deeply wounded and Jay"s feelings for him and his care, love, and protectiveness towards him who believes he doesn't deserve anything good in this world from anyone, is what eventually moves his heart. It takes him a while to admit his feelings for him. ML knows how to "handle" yoohan when he's feeling unwanted and useless, and yoohan also is there for Jay when he feels abandoned and vulnerable (though he doesn't show it to him) anyway, they're super cute and I love Jay sm!

Yes, he's holding back with his whole strength hahahaha he wants yoohan to admit his feelings first before they "do it" so he can hold back with only kisses until then. But don't worry, the kisses are soooo hot. He's literally pouring all his feelings into them, which eventually yoohan starts feeling as well. He notices the changes in his kisses over time. That kiss was my personal favourite, almost as much as their first kiss hehehehe. I can't wait to see it get animated(?) In the manhwa.
