Looking for this Yaoi

I'm looking for a particular yaoi. I only remember bits and pieces of it. There is a uke that can't sleep without having sex and I think it was either a homophobic or straight (or both) seme. It looks like the seme is a real jock type and they were roommates. The uke somehow subdues the seme i thinking tying his hands behind his back so he could do him.
