Well, Ei never had feelings for Angelo, in his stupid understanding, he did it to make sure Angelo won't try to get to Jin. Ei doesn't want to apologize, because the same Jin didn't apologize about his marriage, even when Ei wanted to convince him not to do it, but now Jin even has a child, so Ei just probably don't want them to apologize for all of that and just leave it all in the past, each of them did something that still hurts the other one ┗( T﹏T )┛
