Do you think i should wait to read the new sexy simpleton or can i read it?

I'd say take a peek at the raws, but I doubt the translators are ever gonna get to it so just jump into the next one. I'm sure once we're past the little confusion it was make sense as we go. o /

This is a late reply but I read a bit of the first chapter of new sexy simpleton and I don't recommend you reading it before finishing this because I almost spoiled what happened in the few next chapters but since they haven't been updating for a while maybe you should try read new sexy simpleton anyway.

I did read the new one but I didn't like it as much as the first one.. quite disappointed （￣へ￣）

Wow, I haven't seen a hard revival of a old comment then this xD I even forgot about this series since I hadn't seen an update in forever shows the translators did drop it lol.
