The plot in this "Volume" is also obvious that the Empress might be his older sister, considering his mother's reaction to the said kingdom, it is as if a mother is coming to punish her child for the trouble they made. So, it would be a bad thing him killing his sister's subordinates. Also, all they wanted was was just to "capture" him not to kill him. Understandable, they might've killed him if they wanted to cuz he's classless. Also about the misunderstanding like not explaining before doing it into action. It's obvious that it'll turn in that way right? Like for entertainment or intense cliff hanger.
