If I were him, I'd have gone completely soft with that "it's like my sister is watching us and it's a turn on" line. This guy's sister complex was too much for me. Even though she told him to stop it herself, he keeps doing it. It's just really bizarre, especially if she gets released from the hospital and has to deal with people confusing him for her.
