well, because it's parallel world, the things that already happened in the future wouldn't change. therefore, suwa and naho did end up together, but in another future. so naho and kakeru get together in the present...

But someone help! I somewhat got confused with the ending page. Noha ended up with Kakeru either way and the Future Noha and Suwa were still together? It's the parallel worlds right???
