TL; DR: the mc went back to his old home and saw his friend who was diagnosed with a mental disorder.

This might be historical/modern kind of thing don't really know...

IIRC:
We see the mc strangling a person ((boyfriend perhaps?)) inside a room of a hotel or inn, he went outside walked and walked as far as he can(he was also hella calm!) then a flashback occurs, in the flashback we see him besides a tree, his friend was climbing a tree ((dont know what kind peach tree maybe? :(( )) the friend fell, and the caretaker saw what happened and scolded the friend ((the friend was a young master he was hella rich, the mc was also rich and a young master)) the friend just laughed it off and gave some fruit to the mc, both of them promised to pick more fruits next year, but that wasn't the case because the mc had to move, the flashback ended. We see the mc inside the boat, he wakes up, he was riding a boat alongside with the slaves and poor people, a guy offered him bread but the mc declined. The Mc arrived at his destination, while walking he stopped and saw a familiar place in his childhood, he went near and washed up, after finishing washing up a dog suddenly appeared tackled him and just started to lick the fuck out of him! The mc remembered the dog and was overjoyed, then a strange person started to hug him out of nowhere and called him some random name((I forgot:( ))
The mc remembered and it was his best friend. The mc noticed that the friend was a little weird, then a bunch of kids threw rocks at the friend ((a girl maybe about 10 years old, and a boy 8-6 years old))
They mocked the friend and and threw more rocks, the mc was hella pissed off and started to strangle the boy (( I think ya got some issues there kid! 0-0)) the boy was about to FRICKING die, then the friend stopped the mc. The old caretaker appeared and scolded the little boy, the mc was joyed to see the old caretaker then the mc asked what happened, the caretaker told the mc that when the mc's family moved he developed a mental disorder, the mc felt so bad, the caretaker then asked "how is your family?" the mc then replied "they died, my sister died in the boat then my parents slowly died. " the mc, the friend and the caretaker went back to the house.

The friend told the mc to sleep with him, the mc agreed to it happily! ((hmm I wonder why????)) they both slept comfortably the friend hugged the mc while they slept (((Aww that's so cuteeeee)) the mc and the friend woke up, ((okay I don't know why but I remember this scene soooooo clearly like wtf???)) the mc saw the friend standing outside the door, the friend was staring at the beautiful view outside((oh God it looked so Dang amazing he looked so hawt)) the mc asked the caretaker if he can take care of the friend the caretaker agreed but was worried because she wasnt sure that the headmaster will agree so the mc asked to talked to headmaster who was bed ridden, they talked and the headmaster agreed.

Okay thats the only thing I remembered because, 1. I didn't remember any synopsis, no. 2 this was ongoing, 3. I cant remember anything :((
