I don't think it's possible. Previously there is only one notification per day at 6pm but after mangago was back from maintenance they changed to twice per day.

How to change time update?
I mean the bell or notification when your favorite manga up I want to change it because it's being apart like
There's notification at 6pm for 15 manga
And there's notification at 6am for 21 manga
I want to change it to become one so I know how much my manga is
You understand?(￣∇￣")
