It is the first one and thank you both for looking. I think that since I have read so many they start to meld together in to one super yaoi. But both of them are a definite reread
I always end up loosing this manga every time I finish reading it. But it involves two business men who's relationship begins because the blonde seme catches the ils reading something as mistakes him for liking s&m kinky things. He blackmails him a little and by the end they have paired rings.
There is a chapter in which the seme leaves the uke alone tied up and blindfolded as punishment for something and when he gets back the ule catches a cold and he ends up nursing him.
