Spoiler
You don't have to worry about that, hun.
No one is in her body, so she's in a coma as a result. However, from my understanding when she takes over the body of the falcon, she's technically sharing the body with the falcon, but the falcon's soul is dormat.
When she does go back to her body, the falcon does go into a coma as well, but that's due to the poison that was used on both of their bodies or something? There's a section where she switches back and forth when she needed to do so.
I do wish the falcon did switch into her body though 12/10 if that was the case.
It's really awesome and I can just imagine the same reaction the soldiers had with her being a human but in a bird body, but instead the other army having to figure out why the hell the princess was acting like a freaking bird and they couldn't tell if she was trying to make them think she really weird so they wouldn't kill her or if she was genuinely just like that and that's why the royal family just never mentions her, so in the end they were too confused to just kill her.
Sadder Spoiler
Well the MC and her companions earnestly try to save the bird that had saved her life, but between the poison and the winter weather, they were unable to get to the bird in time. Instead they made a statue in the bird's honor and I believe that she does remain within the records of country's history so that everyone is able to remember this falcon, it's life (even if a large part that was recorded was when the princess was the bird, but still), and most importantly, it's sacrifice and how it was a hero.

How funny would it be if the bird and zelle switched souls making princess zelle's body unable to write
