I DO like how the story isn't bogged down with random isekai powers that kinda dominate the story for no reason. The plot actually tries to tie into the girls (potentially) former life. Assuming this is an isekai, most stories would mention the main character got hit by a bus...died in some rush job and then just never mentions it ever again. Also... I guess even tho i griped about the whiplash, I think overall I don't mind it... because I suppose the alternative would've been a long boring story about characters we barely need to know about. (but it would totally be better if we got to see other POVs so the whiplash isn't as extreme)
Honestly I was confused with the favorability system when they introduced the second brother and how he reacted even with a negative favorability score. He seemed like he cared but due to the choices he got fed up. You realize why he was in the negatives later, but he felt more agitated in the positives than he was when they first met. I'd go as far as saying the whole house's treatment of the character was very up and down. the maid that turns a new leaf so rapidly.. and the butler who didnt appear aggressive, just rude suddenly became subservient after a tongue lashing... then the brother and father who just wanted to be noticed as relatives... (the whole... she called me "father/brother" cliche etc etc...)
