Okay, here's a rhetoriccal question.
In your life, if something suspicious like that happens, will you not think and consider why a person need so much medical supplies if he's not a doctor, nor anyone in charge of Dangerous jobs such as construction work or laboratory work?
The fact that this is the medieval times makes guessing it way easier no?
Why else would a prince in charge of the borders ever need so much supplies?
Don't get me wrong, I didn't even realise anything until her friend said that something was off, but after that she should've realised something was suspicious

Also, in all technicality, the dukes personality and the Fls personality were drastically different than she expected, so the story already deviated from the time she's there yknow

Lol but I am actually serious bout the whole thing.Like just WHAT IF! What if the Author was also someone who traveled from that time to the Modern world in Korea and he wrote that story from his perspective of things like how he thought that The ML was actually really brutal or stuff like.Its all just really possible I mean take Why Raelina somethin burh I don't understand The title of story now a days.But the story Raelina is in is by a person from her world(I think) And the fact that even those characters are all actually real proves that there is nu Original Plot and that the ML and FL of the novel are just the people the author decided to write a story bout.Like he could've chosen many other characters to write the story, from the certain place he is from but he chose those specific people.I mean its not like there aren't other overly handsome guys in the place right?So this concludes my theory that its possible the MC's are just normal or les say gifted but normal human beings The Author chose to write about for the story.So the fact that FL who have been sent or came into the particular "Novel" aren't actually in a novel but in a real place with real people.Cause if you can get the idea its cause of Magic your there in this "novel's" World you can pretty much assume this place is not a novel but a place in the world the Author chose to write about.Its not hard to assume its not true I mean think bout it,The fact they interfered with the "flow" of the novel makes it that the story changed but what if thats just what Author wrote, like its what she read and even if she hadn't interfered with everything things wouldn't have went the way they were supposed to.I'm actually surprised I came up with this all
