Like, yes the sex is hot and everything but…it feels so shallow and empty cause the characters don’t really know each other and have misunderstandings between them, and I find this happening a lot in yaoi. One or two sex scenes initially is pretty cool (unless it’s out of nowhere and/or coerced), but when they start actually catching feelings and don’t even try to have one convo the sex starts getting repetitive and hallow cause nothing’s outwardly changed on their relationship, and then I find the sex boring. If you’re gonna have a smutty romance you need to actually…develop the romance, make us believe in it and want them to be together, show us the chemistry Σ(っ°Д °;)っI’d feel more satisfied if they just laid on the bed and have an actual conversation than what’s currently happening, but that’s just me ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
