Just because it uses the same disease (mysophobia), doesn't mean the plot is the same. This one is more about an online to offline relationship and the disease is used as a minor plot. I have no idea why it became the english official title (the original transliterated is "His complex is her prey?"). Give it a chance if you can, it's a good story ^^
