We can't expect every isekai'd to have a change in their attitude or behavior once they have transmigrated into a new body. She can't just be confident after she changed her storyline, with the way the characters (especially the Duke and empress dowager) are in this story, it's not wrong for her not have a confident look on things, just because she stopped one death flag. Trust me, if anything paranoia will settle and I'll be delirious and overly cautious on what will happen next of I was in her shoes.
