Hetero smut stories are always like that, they are gonna have the prettiest art and the most shittiest story （￣へ￣）
Because you only read smut. There are TONS of non-smut artists who have amazing art 1000 times better than this shitty manhwa which you said has the best art :)
I don’t only read smut but I have noticed that these type of smut stories do always have quite good art, better than some really good mangas (who deserve to have high quality art like this). But maybe calm down a bit and don’t assume things when you don’t even know me :)
