Kinda sympathy with the ppl of those era though, I wonder if they realize what will happen to their kids/future generations from this inbreeding. Fortunately, this kind of things illegal nowadays
The incestuous relationships between Royals are more regarded as an obligation rather than as normal people relationships. Sure they can fall in love or whatever, but it's more to keep their bloodline intact than anything. The inbreeding gets worse overtime as they continue. Charles II of Spain is a prime example of the worst of the worst case of generational inbreeding.
