Long of the short is Mf has chronic hookup disease and can't seem to have genuine relationships that don't include sleeping with other people. (I actually have no idea tho since I don't speak Korean but this is the vibe I got.)
Also the ML hates that he loves MC because the MC can't stop hooking up with others but he still can't stop loving him. (So everyone shooting theyselves in the gottdamn foot)
What really makes me not feel SUPER bad though for MC is there's a scene where MC sees ML with a woman at some point and assumes they're dating for some odd reason..? So MC gets upset and hooks up with the guy he's been sleeping with.
