It's because the emperor is horrible a 4 chapter redemption arc and sad back story is not enough. And I bet that we'll find something even worse about the captain so it'll be a lesser of two evils to settle for the emperor
So like I rly hope the captain and mc get together. For some reason I'm not feeling the emporer. Which is weird cause I usually ship the ml and mc. Also this novel seem like a novel that another novel would be reincarnated into. Catch my drift? Like someone would be reincarnated into the captains sister 0w0?
