the original translations was supposed to be "i will for sure love you forever, as a friend, hakamada-kun" idk why they didnt include it but thats what she meant. She was thankful for everything but all she can give in return is friendship which also means that shes saying that she cant love anyone else as much as she loves naruse

I think they’re trying to say that’s what she meant by that and it would have been easier to add that in the translation kind of like one of those “I love you but it’s always gonna be Naruse” kind of things

i saw someone who translated it on fb and the first translation was "surely, ill love him forever" (she was talking abt naruse) but theres also another one and it was "ill for sure love u forever, as a friend" (she was talking abt hakamada) I added hakamada in it to make it more sense if that make sense. Idk which one was the actual translation but i was just trying to tell them that she didnt mean that she was actually inlove w hakamada but only thinks of him nothing but a friend and she loves naruse more than anyone mb for not clarifying it
