Isn't it fine since rui likes him both ways? It's not like he only is attracted to shion as a girl on some "gay but not gay" bullshit.

yeah, he did mention that. but I've seen people, not like the manga being labeled yaoi since there isn't a lot of male shion.
I don't have an issue with shion switching back and forth to a female and male, but then again, I can't tell you how to feel. If the author using yaoi makes you uncomfortable.
