I don't think is been revealed. My guess is that Namwoo is in his early 20s, considering his a Uni student.
Si-eon maybe 40? I used to think he was in his mid 30s but when Namwoo told him that he should feel lucky that he still hangs out w him knowing how old he is, idk, but that made me think that Si-eon is much, much older than him.

I think it said that namwoo is 26 and sieon is 43?
