Uh don't say that it is amazing you know it will stop before the first exciting part and wich chapter are so little ... but i promise if you read its novel you will love it and you cant let it go so easilly
It is the first novel i love and i enjoy it so much ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ
I'll talk for my experience and I wasn't interested in this AT ALL, not a single bit. But I was bored and starting reading the manhwa when they released it cuz... Art, nothing more. Like you say, the pace at first it's slow but it's more bearable when you are reading the manhwa, it's slow but somehow entertaining, and it gets more entertaining after chapter 30 surely. It's still mid low paced but some fights and events make it thrilling, tho the thrill is still "not so big".
But honestly it would be the best decision if you decide to keep reading and continue with the novel once you finish the released chapters in the manhwa. Take it slow, it doesn't matter, but keep reading. It took me so long to get to chapter 100ish, cuz yeah the plot seemed interesting but not the kinda to make you lose sleep and then just... Wow. After a certain event, a decisive fight, that happens in between chapter 100-200, I'm not sure if it's 130 or 150, all that slow pace and building up starts blowing up your mind. IT'S SO GOOD. The plot, the fights, the schemes, the characters, EVERYTHING. And when they re not telling you more about the plot, they re giving you goosebumps thru the fights, and if they're not fighting you're enjoying the characters interactions cuz you just grow to LOVE them.
I have no words to describe how amazing this story is, how well made and elaborated. It's fantasy but it's somewhat realistic, the characters are so likeable and have so much development, it's like a real process of getting to know and understand someone. You see one lawyer but even tho you suspect there's another one, in fact its actually a bunch of lawyer after lawyer in the plot. You laugh, you cry, you swear at the idiots, you get swept away by the fighting spirit, it's rollercoaster. I'm at chapter 683 of the novel and if it took me 1-2 months to reach chapter 100ish, it took me probably just 2-3weeks to read the other 600 chapters; because I was busy.
I'm totally invested. Idk how many chapters it will have in the end or how long will it take for the author to finish it, but I'll wait however much time cuz it's totally worth it. This is officially a masterpiece that earned a place in my heart, and the only other few reads/authors/stories I have like that, I have followed them for at least 10years.
I think I actually can explain in detail, point by point, why I think this is marvelous but I will make an even longer comment than what it is already Σ(っ°Д °;)っ
I agreee! AAaAAAaA it always warms my heart to read how other readers fell inlove with TCF, i get what you mean, i think the story picked up during the war then it started to get better and better that i read nonstop and not getting any sleep at all because i was so invested. When reading manhwas i dont usually read the novel since it bores me but TCF and ORV are different, they get you hooked.
Also the novel has 700+ chapters but i still want more! You dont know how happy i was to hear that were actually just reaching half of Cale's story ><
Im on ~chp 30 ish and I feel like the first 30 chapters went by with such a slow pacing that I fell In and out of interest :/ I’m definitely interested in the plot tho, but can someone give me an objective review on if the pacing picks up?
