I actually was a Patron of the author for almost 2 years. They ended up mostly abandoning this webtoon and starting another one, they appear to still be working on this but it's not the priority.
This is on top of the fact that it's taken them 7 YEARS to write 15 chapters of the original webtoon.
So to answer your question, no this isn't dropped (for starters it's originally in English.) The author is just so slow to release that I don't know if they can finish it.
