It's actually the number of chapters but since each chapter was quite short, I'm guessing the uploader decided to just combine it

It's not the uploader, it appears this way straight from Tappy toon. The raws on Newtoki are like this as well. It's possible it was originally released a couple pages at a time and then later put together into chapters.

Does anyone know why theres a huge number in every chapter?? Its obviously not the episode number as it reaches up to 100 and the eps is still 30s. Is it maybe the days? Like day one of meeting seme again?? Also idk on what eps but its when the uke first went to his house and there was the word 'grand' on top of the panel??
