If worse comes to worst and this situation actually happens, I think Heewon wouldn’t really hate Dojoon for choosing her instead of the clump of cell inside her body. The energy I get in this manhwa is actually pretty good aside from the crazy btch. So, I don’t think the ending is tragic and/or bad.

If were to write how this story will end up:
Due to the incident, Dojoon now has to choose between heewon and the baby. He couldn’t bare the thought of Heewon dying even if it means he would lose the baby. So, he ends up choosing his wife. But Heewon, angered by his decision, left him the moment she knew. She loved Dojoon but she loved the baby too. They split up thus ending the dream of being a happy family they imagined to be. Years after, Heewon decides to move forward and meets a nice man who she comes to marry. On the other hand, Dojoon becomes broken beyond repair ever since losing both his baby and wife. He dies all alone with only memories of what was once his everything.
