It's like symbolism. But perhaps I just over-analyzed it.
A lot of people think of missionary as a really intimate position because of the eye contact etc. so you could be right.
yes, that's what i think as well. because doing it in missionary is intimate, and it feels different in a very good way

I noticed that they haven't done it missionary style until the last chapter when they have conveyed their feelings for each other. That was also the time when they have done it fully naked because before when they have these "lessons", they used to have an item of clothing on them every time they do it.
