Basically the uke drinks poison and then drinks fake poison so like there is three poisons inside him making him go to coma and wakes up again with his voice back. When he wakes up he acts like he forgot his memory of the seme and then tries to get kicked out by the seme but making him annoyed. The plan is kinda failing since the seme isn’t getting annoyed.

He doesn’t hid that he got his voice back and no he doesn’t have a male concubine. The guy is more like just to serve the seme. But the guy is a good guy and we like him(pair: him and the guard). However, the seme got a female concubine to make the uke jealous. It didn’t work out.
