Why?
What I got from their story is that Tone is a sex addict that saw opportunity in taking advantage of a high school kid and turning him into his personal sex toy.
He did manipulate the kid to fall into his grasp, and he was an underage (3rd year highschool)
I can't defend him since I think the way you do as well lol. But his redeeming trait is that he did all of that because he fell in love. The normal plot should have been self restraint and playing the good adult staying away from an underage kid. But well then we will have 1 -2 types of plots so the mangake portrayed him differently :D different isn't always good but somehow refreshing. For me it was a one time read as well
The thing is I actually don't see any love in it. Yes you see some sort of caring towards the last update but that doesn't make up for it. I mean all he does is have sex with him all the time with no regard as to place or time or anyone around to see or listen to them. I mean didn't he even tried to have a threesome twice? There are no redeeming qualities so far when it comes to him. Yes he could still be this sex maniac pervert and still be at least thoughtful about his prey.

I went and read the story behind these two and it has only intensified my disgust.
