Well, they're a couple right? If my gf takes off work suddenly one day and goes around places doing things and when I ask she doesn't answer, there is no other choice but to dig around to find what's going on.

Ofcourse he was cold to her and she is the typical "I need to know", he was also cold to his sister even though his sister was the first one to stop interacting with him
