I didn’t think anyone was curious enough. Hahaha Anyways biological process when it comes to fertilization is really complex. Assuming that omegas and alphas still have the same hormones as we do, and the only difference is that they have excess and deficits of it, the rules are very simple.
Say that we have an omega in heat, and that omega is ovulating (meaning egg is being released) hormones that maintain pregnancy (estrogen and progesterone) would increase but that would mean that hormones that make the sperm would naturally be fewer (testosterone) .
This means that it either affects 1) maturation and production of the sperm and 2) production of semen - that nourishes the sperm and allows it to enter the vagina. If both the above factors are affected then it would be hard for the omega to actually get pregnant using their own jizz during heat since you need 3 factors in order to ensure that you can impregnate anyone.
