Actually that will happen too fast. I’ve been hit by a motorcycle before and in that moment your whole body will just freeze while watching the car/motor run to you. That’s when I realized that the slowmo effect is real and you’ll feel really dumb because you can’t move and anything
But like the time it happens doesn’t make that much sense car does a big vroom vroom she doesn’t hear anything the dude screams she still doesn’t hear anything and then he suddenly teleports under her

but honestly. it's normal to hear the engine esp you're on the road. some people like to adjust their cars to make loud sounds. but even if she does hear, I think it'll be hard to for to move too since she's pregnant. :')
