It’s ironic how some people are very put off by the original ending (Horus dominating Seth) because it’s very align with the real mythology where they did use sexual acts as a way to dominate the other person. It’s the harsh reality but mounting another person without their consent is a way to establish power. Especially in the myths because it’s seen where if a man is able to dominate another man (penetrating him or getting their cum on/in the other person) it shows power and dominance, and the one who was penetrated (Seth in this case) is viewed as lesser and weak. But technically speaking in the myths, Seth literally jacks off on Horus and Horus tricked Seth into eating his cum so yeah man...they performed a lot of sexual acts to each other without either of their consent. It’s literally canon in this story and the real myth.

It’s definitely fucked up no doubt about it, but it’s kinda weird how some people are preaching here saying rape is bad like duh??? We know already. And if you’re that bothered by it- Don’t. Read. The. Story. (But if you really want to read it then read the sfw version of Ennead on Tappytoons, it doesn’t have rape scenes)

And I hate to be the bearer of bad news but rape and these kind of themes are VERY common in stories based loosely off of mythologies. So you don’t have to go on your high horse saying this story is bad bc it has rape in it bc that’s such a closed mindset. Again, the people who are offended by the rape scenes are allowed to not like the story but don’t start making bold statements and thinking you’re better than everyone else just because you hate the story since it’s not morally right. There are better ways to critique a fictional story and stating your opinions.
