if i was a few years younger, i would probably resonate with alex more, but if i put myself on cole's shoes, it really is weird. imagine your partner having a baby with someone else, yet you're the one in a relationship with him, how will the baby even begin to understand their identity?
it's not just a family you're affecting, it's your relationships with everyone involved, i do understand that alex wants to donate and it's his body, but when you're in a relationship, it's not just you concerned, it's also ur partner, not to mention cole is very insecure, i just hope they communicate in a healthy way (●￣(ｴ)￣●)
