this isn’t completely true, the licking and rimming is part of male sex because (contrary to yaoi knowledge) men don’t have glands that will lubricate their anal area as females have for the vaginal area.
the licking doesn’t prevent STI’s, you could actually get them to affect oral cavity (for example, herpes)
please always wear a condom for HIV free sexy times (⌒▽⌒)

No idea where u got that idea from but licking/kissing the ass does nothing to reduce the risks of contracting hiv. Using a condom or taking PrEP (a drug that prevents HIV-negative people from getting HIV) would do much more to lower the risk of HIV contraction.
