I think that this society is afraid of vampires because of the predator/prey relationship, but since they are superior to them and are attractive and gives off this mysterious vibe, the feelings of awe and curiosity and desire kind of just overrides the more basic instincts of terror.
Kind of like bad boys in cliche romance stories; you know theyre no good, but everybody likes them. Everybody wants to be the special someone that can "tie down" or "tame" them.
Well, thats what I think.
it confuses me how this society aren't afraid of vampires just because they are hot. this manga was pretty cute, but it would be better if this was longer with a more explained plot.
