Exactly!! She doesn't like her, she just idealized her as a justification for why she got better grades, and as soon as Sora winded up being different from the illusion Jar in created in her mind she started freaking out.
In so many mangas creepy characters are justified because they received some "screen time" and get humanized, so people excuse their behavior
