The director is definitely going to wrong way about it though, they're just wasting Shizuma's potential this way and there's absolutely more to it than just giving menial jobs to 'test' him considering the way the director is acting and the seemingly "evil" looks they give anytime he tries hard to change the directors perspective of him.
I kinda like the director actually idk. Yeah Shizuma studied to be a veterinarian, and he and middle part(forgot his name lol) were given a list of chores to do by the other workers. But Shizuma is Onodera's assistant now, and they should have the right to test him and see if he can withstand the work mentally and physically , no? I don't think anyone wants an assistant they can't count on.
