But he didn't say that his heart belongs to someone else, he just said that he will be a bad boyfriend (and of course she thinks she will change him) but if she knew his heart is taken I don't think she will persist, furthermore he is kind of giving mixed signals (ex: when he touched her hand in the bus) I mean if you reject someone that likes you and you respect them do it properly

Tho he doesn't know he likes the other guy, he's interested in him but for now I think he just want them to be friends and at the time he didn't even know him. Also, he said yes because his mother said to treat girls well and in his mind that's the right way to do it (and we know how his mother treats him, so he wants his mother to be proud of him being gentle to the girl)

I guess he is trying to act right but I still do feel bad for the girl, hope she will find someone better

I mean yeah, I kinda see the point but in this case they are both at fault so even though he's doing it innocently I understand why you feel bad, as for me I don't feel bad because she didn't accept no as an answer even though he gave her more reasons to drop it
