I’ve never encountered Vietnamese BL drama all the ones I know are Thai, sorry I don’t think I’ll be much help suggesting a specific one other than Tharntype, but all the really popular ones ik are Thai, try googling it and if she isn’t used to the Thai language ik there are also some Korean ones

If you're okay, I think taiwan has one of the best series. If you haven't watched, HIStory series are definitely recomended!

For china, addicted is legendary but it ended in cliffhanger cos bl got banned and S2 was cancelled ╮(￣▽￣)╭
