Well, the emperor probably never ordered the blond to kill the girl (since her family was already on his side and all...) so he may have gotten angry at the blond for doing stuff he wasn't ordered to do and taking things too far by killing even "innocent" women now (even though she probably wasn't that innocent since she tried to blackmail the blond despite the two of them being on the same side).
But why did the emperor join hand with the original fl finding out who kill the fl? And his role was villain but in fact the most villains person is the emperor since he was the one who gives the order? But he was the ml? What?
